He was predeceased by: his wife Adelaide; and his brothers, Norman and Ross. He is survived by: his children, Sam Banfill and Della Hotte; his grandchildren, Nathan, David and Danny Hotte; his sister Willa Innis; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Banfill.
