He was predeceased by: his parent Herbert Proper. He is survived by: his parent Frances Proper; his siblings, Brenda (Bryan) of Quesnel, BC, Dave (Deb) of Brantford and Diane (late Lawson) of Quesnel, BC.; and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Bryan Jr., Rhonda and Neil.
