He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Steven; his granddaughters, Zoey and Amelia Ellis; his siblings, Jennifer Cook (Ken), Carey (Karen) and Reg (Deb); and his in-laws, Debbie Whatmough (Brian), Colleen Smith and Lee Smith. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
