With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian Hammer (Brantford, Ontario), who passed away on May 9, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Hammer and Lloyd Hammer. He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne (Kathleen) of Brantford, Elaine (Wayne Lewis) of Whitehorse, Brenda (Neil Slade) of Yellowknife, Linda Lovell of Brantford and Lorri (Thomas Forster) of Trenton. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
