He is survived by: his spouse Shannon; his sons, Ben and Jack; his parents, Doug Kingsbury and Isobel Kingsbury; his parents-in-law, Robert Conway (Marg) and Cheryl Hill; his sisters, Jill and Kimmie; his brother-in-law Gary; his aunt Lori; his uncles, John Zwolensky and David; and his nieces, Addie and Lucy.
