She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Arthur Ronald; her children, Heather (late Tom), Joe (Sandy), Bruce (Lana), Fred (Janice), Pam (Mark), Ron (Pam) and Carla; her sisters, Marg and Charlene; her parents, Charles and Pearl; and her siblings, Opal, Joe, Fred, Bud and Ron. She was also cherished by children provided them with 23 unique grandchildren who have so far extended the family with another 25 great- grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
After almost nine decades of near perfect health it was unfortunate that Bertha's final years were marred by the awful disease Alzheimers.
