He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Phillips and Mona Phillips. He is survived by: his close friend Linda Kirby; his daughters, Dawn, Janet and Nicole; his grandchildren, Miranda, Taylor, Andrew, Robert and Brooklyn; and his siblings, Bill Lundy (Shirley), Janet Osborne (Norm), Darlene Chambers (Rodger) and Jeff Horcha (Malissa). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, loads of friends.
