She was predeceased by: her spouse Wray Thornton; and her children, Margaret Blackett (Murray), Sandra Rock, Terry Rock and Donald Rock (Maria).

She is survived by: her children, David Rock (Cheryl), Ellen Lonsdale (Roger), Andrea Rock (Ron Tolhurst), Michael Rock (Julie), John Rock and Shirley Ann Hache (Tanny). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
