He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kalidas Dhanji Modi and Maniben Modi; his wife Shardaben Modi; his children, Bhadresh Modi (Swarnaly Banerjee-Modi), Nilesh Modi (Hema Parekh) and Tejal Gandhi (Kamlesh Gandhi); and his grandchildren, Aashutosh Kamlesh Gandhi, Ashwin Kalidas Modi, Vivek Bijon Modi and Rohan Arjun Chunilal Modi.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brampton Crematorium & Visitation Center (30 Bramwin Ct, Brampton, ON L6T5G2).
