He was predeceased by: his parents, Aquilino Sr. Viduya and Priscila Viduya; his son Jose Viduya; and his siblings, Andres Sr., Romeo, Maria "Mely" Sarzaba, Mario and Maximo Viduya.

He is survived by: his wife Laureta; his children, Judy Martin (Steve), Joy Ieraci (Giovanni), Nina Lacava (Leo) and Rommel Viduya (Mary Grace); his sibling Aquilino Jr. (Isabel); and his siblings-in-law, Tito Sarzaba, Juana Viduya, Lita Abiog, Rosie Ramos, Elizabeth Parulan (Lamberto) and Ledwina Bustos (Elvis).
