We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2023, at the age of 88, Sachi Otani (Brampton, Ontario), born in Port Alberni, British Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tosh; her brothers, Ted, Takeshi and Isamu; and her parents, Kame Ikeda and Tsuneichi Ikeda.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy (Ray), Bachan, Mathew and Olivia; her brother Terry Ikeda (Kazuko); her nephew Michael; and her brothers, Yoshio and Noboru. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, friends.
