She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Thomson, Lorie Gunn (late Syd), Kathy Reid (Rob) and Anne Gertzbein (Al); her grandchildren, Tara (Adam), Brittany, Bradley (Christie), Adam (Sarah), Allison and Thomas-Sinclair; and her great grandchildren, Reid, Ellie, Nyia, Will, Nathan and Aura. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Ruth and BIll were great support to mom when we lost dad so many years ago. Ruth and Bill even ventured to visit our farm in rural Saskatchewan during one of mom's visits.
