She was predeceased by: her husband James Benjamin Simms (Jim); her parents, Simeon Spencer and Josephine Spencer; her parents-in-law, Violet and Sandy Simms; her siblings, Thelma Mercer, Vera Bagg, Edith Remo, Annie Ereaut, Marilyn Lushman, Cecil, Simeon, Frank and John (Jack); her siblings-in-law, Muriel, Annie, Shirley Simms, Emmanuel Young, Claude Dollimount, Nathan Bagg, Ronald Remo, George Eraut, William Mercer (Bill), Wilson Warren, Edgar Simms and Donald Simms; and her uncle Neices.
She is survived by: her children, Derick (Denise) and Paula (John); her grandchildren, Shelby (Kyle), John-James and Alexander; her great grandchild Nathan; her stepdaughters, Theresa (Peter), Elaine (Mark) and Bernice; her stepgrandchildren, Ethan, Marley and Sam; her sisters, Maize Ricketts (Norman), Doris Macdonald (Gerald), Beatrice Gillingham (Frank), Hilda (Mike), Louise Young and Eileen Dollimount; her siblings-in-law, Bernice Spencer, Eva Spencer, Joyce Ingram (Harry), Glaydis Simms, Rodney Simms (Shelia), Roy Simms (Dorthery), Daniel Simms (June) and Roland Simms (Hida); and her nephew Neices.
