He was predeceased by: his mother Rosa. He is survived by: his wife Auzenda (Zee Cavaz Marques); his sisters, Lucilia Agostinho (late Carlos Agostinho) and Leonor Marques; his sons, James and Christopher (Julia); his grandchildren, Jackson and Charlotte; his father Manuel; his siblings, Aurora (Joao Macedo), Natalia (Joao Augusto), Adilia (late Albert Silva), Oliver, Jose "Zeca" Marques (Gida Mendonca) and Mario; his brother-in-law Frank Cavaz (Julie Carcione); and his siblings, Maria (Albino Lopes) and Manuel (Mary Ferreira).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home – Brampton Chapel (289 Main St N, Brampton, ON L6X1N5). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (66 Main St S, Brampton, ON L6W2C6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Porfirio to the Second Phase Peel Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
