She was predeceased by: her husband John Charles Howarth (Jack); her mother Margaret Leech (Peggy); and her brother James Joseph "Jim" Young. She is survived by: her son Peter; her grandchildren, John (Megan) and Tess (Adrian); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Sophia, Nora and Simon; her sisters, Barbara (John) and Margaret (Keith); and her nephew Eric (Hélène).
