She is survived by: her parents, Ian McIntyre and Laura McIntyre of Brampton, Ontario.; her son Hudson Reed McIntyre-Lockrey; the father of her child Nicholas Lockrey; and her sister Samantha McIntyre (Ken).

To Nicholas I know you will do everything in your power for your son not to ever forget his very loving mother. I know you will continue to be the best father possible. I only wish I had found out sooner.”
