He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fitzpatrick and Rita Element. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, James Harold Jr. (Jami) and Stephanie; and his grandchildren, Isabelle (Izzy), Trevor (TJ) and Cameron (Cammer). He is also survived by siblings, brothers and sisters in law, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home - Brampton Chapel (289 Main St N, Brampton, ON L6X1N5). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
