He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Rowe and Harold Rowe. He is survived by: his sister Lisa Rocha (Rowe); his brother-in-law Ludgero Rocha; his nieces, Jessica and Victoria Rocha; and his nephew Matthew Rocha.
