He was predeceased by: his brother Willem (late Johanna). He is survived by: his spouse Maryke; his children, Anita (Steve) and Peter (Sandra); his grandchildren, Faith (Corey) and Nathan (Nicole); and his brother Bauke (Nellie). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
