He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene; his daughter Stella; and his granddaughter Sarah. He is survived by: his children, Mike, Linda and John; and his close friend Adele Morris. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Doug's honour to the Ruddy-Shenkman Hospice.
