She was predeceased by: her parents, Cristina Dennis and Charles Hannibal Dennis; her husband Robert Cross Lewis; and her siblings, Charles Dennis (Mayleen), Anthony Dennis (Stephanie) and Jean Brown (Eric Brown).
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Simon (Mary) and Gail Meehan (Michael); her grandchildren, Adam Simon (Carolyn), Keith Simon (Paula), Matthew Simon (Meagan), Daniel Meehan and Emily Meehan; her great grandchildren, Alyson Simon, Briar Simon, Calvin Simon and Bridget Simon; and her sisters, Kathleen Roman (Niscio Roman) and Monica Lopes (Clive Lopes).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home ~ Brampton Chapel (289 Main St N, Brampton, ON L6X1N5). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church (115 Vodden St E, Brampton, ON L6V1M4). A burial was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brampton Memorial Gardens (10061 Chinguacousy Rd, Brampton, ON L7A0H6).
