She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Readman and Evelyn Blanche Readman. She is survived by: her husband Alexander Hnatiuk; her siblings-in-law, Nicholas and Jeanette; her nephew Paul (Christine); her nieces, Nicole and Jennifer (Brian); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Catherine, Ryan, Jack, Grace, Boe, Dylan and Evan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carolyn's memory may be made to the Ottawa Humane Society, the Ottawa Mission, the Salvation Army or your local food bank.
