We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Carol Highgate (Brampton, Ontario), born in Peterborough, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Borland and Lavina Shearer; and her husband Kenneth Aaron Highgate. She is survived by: her children, Janet, Wayne (Lucy) and Paul (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Brian, James (Melissa), Andrew (Stacey), Jacob and Sonia; and her great grandchildren, Zephaniah, Reuben and Rita-Fae.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Canadian Wildlife Federation in Esther's honor, a charity she supported throughout her life.
