It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother on Saturday November 4, 2023 in Brampton at 81 years of age. Barbara is now reunited with her dear husband Mr. William Alfred Broderick. Beloved mother of Deborah Broderick, and Catherine (Gabriel Fedele) Broderick, cherished grandmother of Rachel Andrews, and Stefanie (Eric) Pimentel, and great-grandmother of Gianna and Ezio Pimentel. Born in Freeport Nova Scotia to loving parents Maude & Roy Powell, Barbara is survived by her sister Doris. Predeceased by siblings Helen, Marlene and Cheryl. Barbara will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.

Family & friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home Brampton Chapel (289 Main Street North) on Friday November 17, 2023 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the Church of Nazarene (68 Rutherford Road North, Brampton) on Saturday November 18, 2023 at 10:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Barbara Louise Broderick to the Lung Association of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
