Alexander MacMillan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alexander MacMillan of Brampton, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alexander may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irene and Alex; his brother Donnie; his children, Doug and Tracy; his grandchildren, Caitlyn and Nathan; and also Benson.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace United Church (156 Main St N, Brampton, ON L6V1N9). Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Brampton Chapel (52 Main St S, Brampton, ON L6W2C5).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer society in his memory.
