He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Cotter; his parents, Arthur Finley and Irene Finley; and his brothers, Arthur "Art" (Janet) and Ken Finley (late Hilda).
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Marie Spears (Peter) of Kemptville and Christina "Tina" Voisin-Finley (Charlie) of Kanata; his grandchildren, Joel Spears (Katie) and Annah Finley; and his girlfriend Linda Presley of Braeside. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
