With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Zygmunt Fenik (Bradford, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Zygmunt departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Zygmunt may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Zygmunt leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margie (Marikay); his parents, Sophie Fenik and Daniel Fenik; his siblings, Christine (Bill) and Dennis (Ellie); his sons, Colin (Jillian) and Ian (Julie); and his grandchildren, Abbigael (Abbi), Garin and Claire. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Skwarchuk Funeral Home (30 Simcoe Rd, Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON L3Z2A9).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Michael's Hospital or Hospice Simcoe in Zyg's memory.
