He was predeceased by: his spouse Helen Caroline Kinsley; and his siblings, Arnold Kinsley, Grant Kinsley and Harriet. He is survived by: his children, Steven William Kinsley (Marilyn), Brent Herbert Kinsley (Allison) and Craig Joseph Kinsley (Theresa); and his grandchildren, William Jonathan, Joshua Nathaniel, Anna Dorothy Kinsley, Sarah Caroline, Elissa Vera Kinsley, Natalie Elaine, Emily Anne, Rebecca Adeline, Jessica Elizabeth, Victoria Caroline Kinsley, Jeremy Pieklo and Justin Pieklo.
