He was predeceased by: his daughter Wendy Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his daughters, Lynda Miller (Eric) and Janet Bonham (Ted); his grandchildren, Kim, Gabrielle (Basil), Blake (Meghan), Sara (Craig) and Lance; his great grandchildren, Julia and Bella; and his sisters, Cynthia and Margaret.
In Trevor's memory, donations may be made to the Arthritis Society.
