He is survived by: his spouse Afra; his children, Mary Dennis (Ron), Henny Risebrough (Al Myre), Linda Mariconda (Joe) and Ron Visser (Diana); his grandchildren, Pam (Steve), Michael (Michelle), Elton (Natalie), Jenn (Ryan), Brennan and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Noah, Aidan, Joel, Darcy, Mark and Owen; and his siblings, Tina, Corrie, Ton, Jos and Marie. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In Nick's memory, donations may be made to the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
