She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Elcome and Percy Elcome. She is survived by: her husband Keith Cook; her children, Janice (Danny Thompson), Doug (Marie) and Keith (Anne-Marie); her grandchildren, Lindsay, Mitchell (Christina), Tyler (Chrissi), Stephanie (Ryan) and Amanda (Ryan); her stepgrandchildren, Shane (Jaime) and Casey; her great grandchildren, Serenity, Leah, Willa, Maya, Addilynn, Wesley, Rowan, Dawson, Wyatt, Ethan, Drayson, Zariyah and Aaliyah; her brothers, Paul (Barb) and Jim Elcome; her brother-in-law Don Cook (Barb); and her aunt Barb Elcome. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Skwarchuk Funeral Home (30 Simcoe Rd, Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON L3Z2A9).
In Marie's memory, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
