She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Melville Atkins; her children, Leslie Duncan, Craig Atkins and Kent Atkins (Cathy); her grandchildren, Michelle, Keelie, Tyler, Colten and Carson; her brother Bob Breadner (Susie); and her sister-in-law Catherine Henderson (Paul). She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Louise's memory may be made to Ontario SPCA and Humane Society or any animal related charities, Sick Kids Foundation or the Salvation Army.
