She was predeceased by: her son Malcolm Kent. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Kent, Heather Clark (Dan Purdie), Greg Clark (Sue Kennedy) and Sheila Vecchiarelli (Dan); her grandchildren, Gary (Farina), Betty (Bill), Rebecca, Leia (Brett), Gerry (Amy), Hayden, Spencer, Quinlan, Erika, Nicole, Alexandra (Greg), Mikayla, Matthew and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Jonathan, Samantha, William, Dhilan, Kiran, Anjali, Jacob, Harley and Thomas; and her sisters, Joy, Patricia, Janet and Trudy. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford for a celebration of Joan's life on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 1-3 p.m. In Joan's memory, donations may be made to Matthews House Hospice.
