He is survived by: his children, Henkie, Rita Adams (Steve), Pat Haan (Bruce), Fred (Laurie), Kenneth and Melinda Lindsay (Ken); and his sisters, Tina Kamstra (Frank) and Ann Radder (late Leon). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
