She was predeceased by: her parents, Berend Koekkoek and Diena Koekkoek; and her siblings, Henk (Leinie), Jane (Ted), Bobbi (Cecil), Albert, Dee (Al), Ali (Henk), Bup (Ellen), Rea (Stan), Frank (Gail) and George (Connie).
She is survived by: her husband Roy Kuzmyk; and her children, Dan (Susan), Rob (Michelle) and Jennifer (Joe).
