She was predeceased by: her brothers, Manuel, Antonio and Euginio. She is survived by: her husband Antonio; her children, Ana (Robert), John (Diane) and Melissa (Arjun); her grandchildren, Marina, Robert, Evan, Rylan, Dyre, Cameron, Jaia and Abel; and her siblings, Joao, Salome, Isabel, Celeste, Jose, Martinho and Grace. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In Beatriz's memory, donations may be made to Odette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto.
