He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Mosakoski; his daughter Bobbi Jo Beitz; his daughter-in-law Nancy Kuik; his siblings, Lee Baxter (Allan), Jean Clark (Harold) and Stella "Starr" Lemick (Steve); and his parents, Harasym "Harry" Yuzek and Anna Yuzek (Kotelko).

He is survived by: his children, Vaughn Yusek of Thedford, Dawn O'Keeffe (Larry White) of Durham, Ronni (Bill McLelland) of Sombra and Kerry (Bill English) of Val Therese; his son-in-law Ray Beitz of Brantford; his grandchildren, Kyle (Julie), Justin, Jessica (Will), Erin, Tyler (Brittany), Breann (Justin), Mark (Carly), Shelbi, Aleisha and Kailyn; and his great grandchildren, Violet, Sage, Raelynn, Henry and Bentley.
