We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020, at the age of 61, Scott Carter of Bracebridge, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughters, Grace and Lucy (Tyler); the mother of his children Sandra; his mother Eleanor; and also Andy (Dee).
