She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Keith Carruthers. She is survived by: her daughter Krista; her grandchildren, Phelan (Jen), Sahara (Matt), Sebastian (Katlyn) and Aurora; her great grandchildren, Trinity, Lilliauna and Atley; and her siblings, Gail (Terry), Denise (Edwin), Cheryl and David (Karen).
