He is survived by: his daughters, Janice, Nancy Dale (Scott) and Mary; his parents, Ken Ingram and Grace Ingram; his grandparents, Richard Barrett and Mary Barrett; his child Rich; his wife Heather; his son-in-law Scott Dale; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Taylor and Ryan Dale.
