A memorial service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Salvation Army Church (456 Manitoba St, Bracebridge, ON P1L1W9).

Donations are welcome in lieu of flowers to Intervarsity Christian Fellowship of Canada; Pioneer Camp or to the Pines in Bracebridge.

“Retamae has been a dear and special friend since we met at Georgian College in 1973 as teachers in the Nursing program in Orillia. She was a wonderful teacher of nursing and set high standards for students by her example. We have kept in touch over the years at each others cottage and sharing two cruises. She has been a warm and caring person with such a gentle manner, a great sense of humour and a zest for life- with Jesus as her guide, My sincerest sympathy to Retamae's family. Betty Lou”
