He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Gilbert and Douglas Gilbert; and his sister Betty (Andre). He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila (Donald) and Debbie (Joe); and his nieces and nephews, Stacey (Clayton), David, Lyle, Holly, Crystal, Brent and Brooke.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Andy's House Port Carlin or the Canadian Cancer Society.
