He was predeceased by: his former wife Penelope Vardy; and his sisters, Pamela and Lynette. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Andrew (Karoline), Jessica (Jesse), James (Lorelei), Heatheranne and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Avaleigh and Lillian.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's honour can be made to The Pines Long-Term Care Home or The Alzheimer Society.
