He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy (Stimpson). He is survived by: his children, Donna, Bruce (Angie), Glenn (Dawn) and David (Joanne); his grandchildren, Shannon Smith (Jake), Candice Ross (Jarrod), Sarah, Scott, Michelle, Lindsey Bunn (Evan) and Riley; his great grandchildren, Maddison, Scarlett and Isaac; his father Sanford; and his brother Ken.
Memorial donations may be given to The Canadian Diabetes Association or the OSPCA in memory of Mervin.
