It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie Mahood (Bracebridge, Ontario), who passed away on March 26, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Melanie Mahood to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry; and her brother Byron (Sandra). She is survived by: her children, Cynthia (Steve) and Cameron (Monica); her grandchildren, Stephen (Mandy), Olivia (Ross), Katherine (Shervin), Laura (Tyler), Joshua, Timothy (Kelly) and Emily (Johnny Young); her great grandchild Young; and her sibling Barbara (late Victor).

Memorial donations may be made to the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, in which she was a longtime volunteer.
