With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorraine Doreen Lawrie of Bracebridge, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Robertson and James Robertson of Toronto; her husband Chuck Lawrie (Charles); and her brother Bob Robertson (Robert). She is survived by: her children, Carol (Derek), Andy (Tammy), Doug, Robert (Charlotte) and Jennifer.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reynolds Funeral Home - Turner Chapel (1 Mary St, Bracebridge, ON P1L2B6). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Bracebridge Municipal Cemetery (19 Lilac Ln, Bracebridge, ON P1L1W9).
