He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. MacNeil and Josie MacNeil (MacIsaac); and his wife Louise MacNeil (Blake). He is survived by: his siblings, Molly Morrissey, Jim MacNeil, Anne Restoule and Fiona MacLean (Rodney); and also Liz Vandenberg (Bracebridge). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
