It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Spence of Bracebridge, Ontario, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband C. Ellwood Spence (Lou); her brother Tom Bradfield; her cousin Deb King; and her parents, John Ross Bradfield and Laura Kathleen Stone.
She is survived by: her brother Robert R. Bradfield (Helen); her sister-in-law Sheila Bradfield (Gundy); her children, Laura Wittmer (Karl), Jack (Cathy Shiner) and Norie (John McCrea); her grandchildren, Josie (Jarryd Lee), William (Nichole LaPierre), Melanie, Patricia (David MacKinnon) and Johnny (Erin Poole); her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer, Tom (Kadri), Dianne McCrea (Mike Marsh), Michal and Tamar Stein; her great grandchildren, Emma, Cooper, Riley, Ella, Ruby, Rylan, Fallon, Brydyn, Logan and Daphne; and her daughter-in-law Anne Simmonds.
Due to the current Covid-19 circumstances, a memorial service will be held when we are able to meet and celebrate freely.
