He was predeceased by: his grandmother Keuhl. He is survived by: his parents, Dianna Petrie (Rob) and Jason Seguin; his brothers, Darian, Adam and Noah; and his stepsister Elizabeth. He is also survived by his cousins, aunts and uncles, great aunts and uncles as well as his paternal grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial donation be made to Campfire Circle (formerly Camp Ooch and Camp Trillium), an organization which provides the opportunity for families affected by childhood cancer with camp-inspired programs while in the hospital, in the community and with overnight camping opportunities.
