We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2022, at the age of 20, Jacob Sawyer-Van Compernolle of Bracebridge, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Karen Sawyer and Rob Van Compernolle; his girlfriend Lita DeCaire; his stepparents, James Powell and Pamela Jean; his sister Courtney Sawyer (Hunter Gordon); and his grandparents, Harris, Marjorie Sawyer, Pete and Diane Van Compernolle. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

In memory, donations may be made to Sick Kids and can be arranged through Reynolds Funeral Home.
